Companion Volunteer
Our Volunteer Program is looking for compassionate individuals to join our Companion Volunteers team. As a Companion Volunteer, you will provide emotional support and companionship to our hospice patients. You will have the opportunity to form meaningful connections with patients, and help them feel less alone. You will also be an important part of our hospice team, providing feedback and updates on your patient's condition. This is a rewarding and impactful position that will make a big difference in the lives of our hospice patients.
Administrative Volunteer
We are looking for individuals who have strong organizational and communication skills, and a desire to help those in need. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking to develop their administrative skills, while also making a difference in the hospice community. The Administrative Volunteer will work closely with other volunteers and staff members to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Bereavement Volunteer
Our volunteer program offers a unique opportunity to help those in need. As a volunteer, you'll be providing critical support and comfort to hospice patients and their families as part of our bereavement program. You'll be trained and given a script to help guide your calls, and you'll be able to provide feedback to the hospice team regarding the patient's and families' condition. In addition, you'll be assisting the Bereavement Coordinator with mailings and other office tasks.
